Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no threshold, nothing added at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 10 to 20 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where does it ship from?
Our fulfilment partner ships internationally. That's why delivery takes longer than a big retailer, and it's also why the brush costs what it does instead of double.
Do I pay import fees?
Depending on where you live, your local customs authority may charge an import or handling fee on delivery. That's outside our control and isn't included in the price.
The brush
Do I need to buy batteries?
No. It's rechargeable, so there's nothing to replace.
Does it come with serum?
No, and that's deliberate. The 4ml tank ships empty so you can fill it with whatever hair oil or scalp serum you already use and like.
What does the red light do?
It's a soft ring of light that turns on as you brush. Alongside the vibration, it's what makes the routine feel like a treatment rather than a hairbrush.
Can I use it on wet hair?
Use it on dry or towel-dried hair. Don't use it in the shower or bath.
How often should I use it?
Most people use it for a few minutes at the end of the day. There's no schedule to keep to.
Returns
What if I don't like it?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, and we'll refund you. You cover return postage. Full details in our refund policy.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email support@elarahair.com within 7 days with a photo. We'll cover the return and either replace it or refund you in full.
